  11. Help!  I got a new USR internal 28.8 sportster "True V.34 w/ V.FC" and
  12. I can't get it to work properly.  I've got the mdmusrsp.inf file but
  13. it doesn't help.  The modem connects to my ISP and Win95 says I'm
  14. connected at 28800 but the transfer is so slow.  It's slower than my
  15. Infotel 1414VQH 14400 modem.  It seems that the tranfer of data gets
  16. cut every 2 seconds and the modem waits for the next 5 seconds before
  17. it transfers again.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
